Ultra Pure Water

Ultra-pure water made from air: up to 3,000 litres a day of 0–1 ppm water from a single VayuJal unit.

Category:

VayuJal Ultra Pure Water combines a VayuJal atmospheric water generator with a special water-treatment unit. It produces up to 3,000 litres of ultra-pure water a day from a single unit, with output water of 0–1 ppm total dissolved solids (TDS). Because the source is the humidity in the air, there is no borewell, tanker or municipal water to pre-treat – the system starts from naturally low-mineral condensed water and polishes it to ultra-pure quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Ultra Pure Water system?

It combines a VayuJal atmospheric water generator with a special ultra-pure water treatment unit. It makes water at 0–1 ppm TDS, in volumes of up to 3,000 litres a day from a single unit.

Which industries and institutions need water at this purity?

Very low-TDS water is used where dissolved minerals affect the process or the result. Typical users include laboratories, pharma, electronics and battery manufacturing.

Why make ultra-pure water from air instead of buying it?

A DM (demineralisation) plant needs a source of feed water, such as borewell, tanker or municipal supply, and removes minerals from it. Moisture in air starts with very low mineral content, so the VayuJal system does not depend on any of those sources. That helps sites with unreliable or high-TDS water.

How much can one unit supply in a year?

At up to 3,000 litres a day, one unit can supply up to about 1.1 million litres a year (3,000 × 365). Actual output depends on ambient conditions.

How can an institution or industry request a quote?

Share the daily volume needed, the target purity, the application and the site’s location and power supply. Our team uses this to confirm the configuration and send a quotation.
